Team Overview

The Talent Experience team shapes the environment in which Y TREE's people and leaders thrive, covering recruitment, performance, culture and our ways of working. The Performance area sits at the heart of this, partnering with managers across the business to raise leadership capability and create a fair, legally sound environment where teams can do their best work.

This role reports into the Lead Performance Partner and works closely with them, alongside the wider Talent team (Operations and Attraction) to support the team's strategic direction. • Co-create tailored, practical solutions with line managers, drawing on the specifics of their team and wider business context.

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of performance management frameworks, goal-setting processes and feedback mechanisms, working closely with the Lead Performance Partner.
  • Support onboarding and probation design, ensuring managers set clear expectations and give new hires the support to succeed from day one.
  • Use insight from casework, engagement and performance data to flag risks and improvement opportunities to the Lead Performance Partner.
  • Own and deliver projects within the Performance area, managing timelines and stakeholders independently.
  • Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans and workplace investigations, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
