** Role Overview
** We’re looking for a hands-on
** Data Centre Engineer
** to support and maintain Dell hardware at a client site. This role involves hardware diagnostics, part replacements, firmware upgrades, and inventory management, ensuring systems remain operational and efficient.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Troubleshoot and repair Dell server hardware.
* Replace or reseat components as needed.
* Run diagnostics and upload logs for validation.
* Perform firmware upgrades.
* Manage onsite parts inventory (inbound/outbound).
* Document service activity and part replacements.
* Coordinate with Unisys and client teams for escalations and scheduling.
** You will be successful in this role if you have:
*** Experience with server hardware support, ideally Dell.
* Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently on-site.
* Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
