• 1-2 years of experience deploying Workday SaaS solutions including responsibility for maintain and direct the tasks on the project plan for the implementation.
• Complete Implementation.
• Managing project activities, dependencies, resources, budgets, plans.
• Identifying approaches, risks, mitigations, strategies to meet client/project requirements.

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 2 years experience in deploying Workday SaaS software solution including responsibility for:
  Functional/Business Process configuration tasks, Identifying approaches, risks, mitigations, strategies.
• Basic knowledge in IT/ERP implementations
• At least 4 years experience in HCM system/business processes
• Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
• Bachelors Degree required. Prior consulting and project management experience required. Keen understanding of the software development lifecycle.

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
