We’re on a mission to modernize how we onboard and maintain client relationships. As part of our system transformation, we’re moving from legacy and manual processes to a sleek, in-house built platform called PIPEx. We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to help lead this change within our KYC Workflow squadron.

• Act as a Proxy Product Owner in Agile squads, driving delivery of KYC modernization initiatives.
• Lead business analysis for onboarding, due diligence, and event‑driven review processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories, business requirements, and solution options.
• Support planning, road‑mapping, and prioritization of change initiatives.
• Design and coordinate UAT and Front‑to‑Back testing to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and support governance reporting.
• Help define and track squad KPIs and benefits.
• Coach junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

• Experience in KYC, Client Due Diligence, or Client Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and process transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to write clear user stories.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Familiarity with Event‑Driven Reviews, KYC Refresh, and account opening.
• Awareness of international KYC regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience with in‑house platform builds or migrations.
