Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Workday Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible to coordinate BAU activities for Workday HCM, ATS and manage the ongoing projects following the Agile scrum practices.

• Workday Analyst
  • Expertise in relevant Workday modules - HCM, ATS, Prism, Extend required
  • Strong background in Workday integration methodologies
  • Outstanding analytical skills - must be able to write business requirements (partnering with end users/clients) and translating to technical requirement for IT team
  • Testing and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with Workday module implementations strongly preferred, on‑going enhancement and BAU REQUIRED
• Project Management
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Partner with IT and end users in preparation of same
  • Conduct regular project meetings
• Agile Scrum Master
  • Manage sprints for all Workday deliverables for IT team
  • Conduct regular meetings and report out of status and issues

• Data visualization and presentation skills.
• Trained or certified in LEAN, PMP.
