You will bring the below skills and experience:

  • Some experience in planning and conducting qualitative studies, including remote and in person interviews, observations, diary studies, concept testing and usability studies.
  • Familiar with quantitative methods such as surveys to identify actionable insights or add meaning to qualitative findings.
  • Some experience utilising both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify actionable insights and find deeper meanings to your findings
  • Familiarity with analysing and synthesising both qualitative and quantitative data
