AI & Account-Based Marketing Manager – Glasgow (Yorkhill) – hybrid, 2 days per week in the office – £33,000 - £38,000

About the job

In order to market AI, you need to be a bit of a machine. This role is for a marketer who genuinely loves AI and wants to use it properly, not just talk about it. You’ll be trusted to take ideas and turn them into action quickly, using AI to move faster, personalise better, and create work that actually lands with senior decision-makers.

Day to day, you’ll be driving highly targeted account-based marketing campaigns across a defined list of enterprise and mid-market companies. That means researching accounts (efficiently, not obsessively), building tailored messaging, launching bespoke landing pages, producing short‑form video and avatar content, and engaging multiple stakeholders within each organisation. Speed matters here — the expectation is smart execution, not over‑polish.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team across AI, innovation, sales and delivery, and will also manage external agencies and specialist partners to get work live quickly. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy and momentum.

About you

You’re an experienced B2B marketer whose comfortable owning campaigns end to end and using AI as part of your everyday workflow. You don’t need to be technical, but you do need to be confident, curious and practical with AI tools.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally with ABM or highly targeted campaigns
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders (CIOs, COOs, Heads of AI, etc.)
  • Hands‑on experience using AI for research, copy, personalisation or content
  • The ability to manage agencies or external partners
  • A bias towards action — you’re happy to test, learn and iterate quickly

Experience in financial services or selling into regulated industries would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
