• Handling 1st line IT support queries via phone and email.
• Logging all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshooting software and hardware issues – including configuration, builds, and repairs.
• Supporting user account administration (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).
• Ensuring timely delivery and setup of IT equipment for staff.
• Escalating unresolved issues and keeping users informed throughout.
• Experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and Mac OS

• Good knowledge of hardware builds

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A problem-solver with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Active Directory
