We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our Servicenow team
. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience and training to build your career in Service Now. You will work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), Product Owners (POs), and technical teams. Job Title: Jr. Service Now Admin (Job .W337R446)

You will learn to:
  • Develop and integrate Service Now with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.
  • Write scripts and build custom solutions within the Service Now platform.
  • Test, document, and deploy high-quality digital solutions.
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions and learn how to troubleshoot incidents.
  • Apply Service Now best practices and understand platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on modules like ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, and more.
In the Service Now Learning Program, you will gain experience in:
  • Building and configuring Service Now applications, including custom apps and integrations using REST/SOAP.
  • Using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, track progress, and document solutions.
  • Testing solutions, both manually and with automated testing frameworks.
  • Designing integration strategies for connecting Service Now with other enterprise software.
  • Understanding the impact of changes on the platform and recommending effective solutions.
  • Analyzing technical constraints, identifying risks, and proposing practical solutions.
