SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY);
Success Factors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance, Compensation) for US;
Success Factors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance) for MX;
Success Factors modules (Goals, Performance) for LATAM and APAC; FIORI Application (ESS and MSS);
Manual testing tools;
Solman/Cloud ALM;
Automation tool desirable: TOSCA Tricentis.
- Derive test strategy from BRD/FRD/Design, focusing on risk & regulatory priorities (US, MX). Build Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in Sol Man/Cloud ALM; define entry/exit criteria. Identify regression scope and automation candidates (TOSCA).
- 6+ years work experience and knowledge with respect to functionalities to drive the testing workflow process.
