Overview

• Lead AI advisory projects, shaping and defining AI vision, ambition, and strategy for clients.
• Design and implement AI governance, ethics frameworks, and organisational structures for AI‑enabled organisations.
• Plan and oversee programmes to build cross‑functional data & AI teams, covering the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products.
• Develop and embed approaches for organisational change, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and benefit realisation.
• Coach and manage consultants, providing day‑to‑day feedback and long‑term mentoring.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners across IT and business domains.
• Contribute to business development, internal thought‑tanks, learning & development, and practice development activities.

• SC Cleared / Eligible (if required).
