Key Responsibilities
- Risk & Control Management
- Review, validate, and manage Risk and Control findings through to resolution, ensuring timely closure and comprehensive documentation.
- Assume ownership and deep understanding of key control items, maintaining transparency and accountability across the team.
- Ensure all risks and control breaks are identified, tracked, and transparently included in the technology roadmap.
- Audit & Compliance
- Prepare and manage internal audits, including evidence collection, stakeholder engagement, and remediation tracking.
- Partner with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with firmwide policies and regulatory requirements.
- Program Delivery & Roadmap Management
- Run workshops with Product and Engineering teams to define, align, and prioritize deliverables for engineering review and estimation.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to break down deliverables into technical epics and stories, building and maintaining a delivery roadmap based on business priorities.
- Manage changes to the roadmap, proactively addressing internal dependencies and adapting to industry changes.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Capture and create transparency around our customers, their goals, and usage patterns to inform product and engineering priorities.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication of objectives and progress.
- Operating Model & Governance
- Review and guide the team's operating model to align with the Target Operating Model (TOM) and Product Operating Model (POM) reporting requirements.
- Define and implement a team operating model that supports transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field or relative experience
- Extensive experience in technical program management, risk and control management, and audit preparation within a technology or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, roadmap management, and technical project breakdown.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, model serving, or data analytics preferred.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and drive results across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with JPMorgan
Chase's risk and control frameworks. - Experience with TOM/POM reporting and operating model design.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
