Known for their expertise in organic search, our client works with a diverse range of international brands, and they're after someone who's as passionate about SEO as they are.
This isn't a role where SEO is an afterthought. It sits at the very heart of what this agency does, which means you'll have the tools, the support, and the colleagues to genuinely develop your craft.
What is in it for you:- Salary range of £25,000 - £32,000
- Hybrid working with three days based in Glasgow city centre
- Private medical insurance

- Cycle to work scheme
- Relaxed, casual dress code

- A genuine opportunity to grow within a specialist, respected agency
- You'll be joining a close-knit, specialist team and reporting directly to the Head of SEO.
- From day one, you'll have responsibility for a portfolio of international client accounts, working across the full breadth of organic search, technical, content, and off-page.
- You'll also play a part in shaping the agency's commercial growth through involvement in new business pitches and client presentations.
- You will craft and deliver SEO strategies tailored to the needs of each client.
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities others might miss.
- Build link acquisition programmes and manage outreach campaigns.
- Create insightful performance reports using GA4 and Search Console.
- Work alongside PPC, social, and content teams to ensure campaigns are joined up and effective.
- Experience working in an SEO-focused position.

- Proficient in link building and outreach.
- Hands‑on experience with industry tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Majestic, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to transform complex data and present it meaningfully to clients.
- Right to work in the UK.
