Primis is seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer for a 6-month contract based in Glasgow, providing L1/L2 IT support to end users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues, building and deploying laptops, and liaising with users for technical support.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in desktops support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and excellent communication skills. This position requires onsite presence five days a week.
