This high-impact role is for someone who thrives on turning complex operational and regulatory challenges into practical, future-focused data solutions that deliver meaningful value.
You’ll help shape how data, technology and modern analytical approaches are embedded into the future of energy regulation and influence long-term strategy while supporting the shift from manually intensive processes to sophisticated, sustainable data models, including modern technologies and AI-enabled approaches.

Responsibilities- Lead or shape data-driven and analytics-focused work where high-quality data is critical for decision-making.
- Translate complex business, policy or regulatory requirements into clear, data-focused priorities.
- Work closely with technical specialists to deliver practical outcomes.
- Apply sound judgement when balancing competing priorities and assessing the value and usability of data in regulatory contexts.
- Build effective relationships across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive smarter regulation, improve efficiency, and support a cleaner, more secure, consumer-focused energy system.
- Strong experience leading or shaping data-driven, analytics-focused initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex business, policy or regulatory requirements into actionable data priorities.
- Strong judgement and prioritisation skills in a regulatory environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
