** We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Now Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, translating them into Service Now solutions, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Service Now modules, Agile delivery, process improvement, and end-to-end implementation support.
** Required Skills
*** Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Service Now projects
* Good understanding of Service Now modules such as:
* ITSM* ITOM
* HRSD* CMDB
* Service Catalog
* Incident, Change, Problem Management
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to create process maps and functional documentation
* Knowledge of integrations, workflows, and Service Now platform capabilities
* Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
** Required Experience
*** 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst
* 4+ years of experience working on Service Now platform projects
* Experience working in enterprise/global environments preferred
** Education
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
