Cyber Security Lead

Salary: £50-63K (plus up to 10% bonus, 15% pension and private healthcare)

Location: Glasgow (hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)

Role: Cyber Security and Business Continuity professional

• Support the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of cyber security and business continuity across the Customer Business.
• Coordinate incident identification and response, risk management, third‑party assurance and recovery planning.
• Review current processes, identify improvements and implement changes to enhance security posture.
• Collaborate with teams across the Iberdrola Group and external partners, contributing to global cyber initiatives while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

• Background in cyber security and/or business continuity within an IT environment, with experience in monitoring, incident response or service delivery.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001 or ISO 22301, and experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR or vulnerability management tools.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical risks to stakeholders, and demonstrate problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
