Pega Lead Business Architect – Collections | 12 Month Contract

Glasgow | Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite

Join a major transformation modernising critical Collections operations onto a next-generation Pega Collections platform. Leading discovery and business architecture, you will shape customer and agent journeys and translate Collections and regulatory requirements into Pega-aligned functional designs across a high-impact, highly regulated programme.

What you'll need

Proven Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) or senior Business Architect experience on large-scale Pega programmes
Strong Collections and Debt Recovery domain expertise, ideally in financial services or regulated environments
Hands-on with Pega Collections: treatments, strategies, delinquency flows, repayment arrangements, contact strategies and agent workflows
Deep case lifecycle design (case types, stages, steps, personas, service levels, decision points) and strong requirements elaboration
Excellent stakeholder facilitation and Agile delivery experience

Nice to have

Pega LBA certification, legacy-to-Pega Collections migration experience, and exposure to risk engines, scoring models and analytics-driven decisioning
