• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions
• Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field
• Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices
• Turn complex problems into structured requirements and solution approaches by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and end-to-end data flows
• Strengthen decision making by extracting, interpreting, and communicating insights from large and varied data sets, using appropriate analytics techniques to surface actionable findings
• Contribute to technical direction by partnering with cross functional teams to provide input on architecture and operating model considerations, ensuring solutions align with business strategy and technical

• Support delivery discipline by helping manage dependencies, participating in change control, and adapting quickly as priorities evolve in a fast-paced environment
• Advance continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and applying Solutions Analysis principles and practices to raise execution quality
• Guide the work of others as needed, promoting timely completion and adherence to established standards and ways of working

• Experience in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
• Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
• Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations
• Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Experience in solutions analysis with demonstrated ability to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements and data flow requirements
• Strong data fluency, including hands-on experience extracting and interpreting data and using it to inform decisions
• Building technical fluency across relevant platforms, tools, and technologies, with curiosity and initiative to expand that knowledge over time
• Experience with data visualization and analytics, along with an understanding of vendor products and the ability to work effectively in vendor management and relationship contexts
• Precise and clear written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into materials that resonate with diverse stakeholder audiences

• Experience integrating large language models into enterprise workflows through APIs (for example, Claude API and OpenAI APIs)
• Practical understanding of retrieval-augmented generation patterns, including embeddings, vector stores, and grounding techniques designed to reduce hallucinations
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation, including defining acceptance criteria for non-deterministic outputs, designing human-in-the-loop review processes, and applying risk controls for model failure modes
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (for example, Lang Chain)
• Background working in enterprise environments with Agile delivery methods (Scrum and/or Kanban), leveraging tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and data visualization platforms to support product and delivery decisions
