Up to £390 per day (Inside IR35)

Atrium EMEA are supporting a world‑leading IT services client in their search for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major banking programme based in Glasgow. This role will suit an established Business Analyst with strong recent experience working within enterprise‑level banking or financial services organisations. You will play a key role in supporting business and technology change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to define and deliver solutions.

Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of Glasgow and willing to attend the office two days per week. Applications from candidates outside the local area will not be considered.

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Produce business requirements documents, user stories and process maps.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Support solution design and implementation activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, business readiness and implementation activities.

• Strong Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
• Recent experience working for a major bank or financial services organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

• Ability to commute to Glasgow two days per week.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
