Job Title: Scrum Master - FS Industry
Location: Glasgow - 2/3 days per week onsite
Salary/Rate: £400 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 06/07/2026
Job Type: Contract until the end of the year

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector‑leading banking clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Scrum Master with extensive financial services experience to join their team for a contract until the end of the year.

You will lead Agile delivery, enable high‑performing teams, and ensure alignment with the delivery, risk, and regulatory frameworks.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness.
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn‑down, sprint progress).
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands‑on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination.
• Scrum certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) and experience in banking/financial services preferred.
