As Dev Ops Lead, you will take ownership of the Dev Ops function, leading a small team and enabling the rapid, secure, and reliable delivery of technology services.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams to align platform capabilities with wider business goals, while introducing and embedding best-in-class Dev Ops practices.

You'll bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for improving engineering outcomes.

Key experience includes:

• Proven experience leading or building Dev Ops / SRE teams
• Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Deep expertise in CI/CD and automation tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab)
• Experience with containerisation and PaaS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
• Strong scripting skills (Power Shell, Python or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Experience with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Datadog
