Business Intelligence Developer

Location: 2 days per week on-site in Glasgow

Salary: Up to £130,000 + standard benefits

We're partnering with an award-winning premium spirits business behind some of the world's most recognised brands, who are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its data and analytics capability, helping deliver trusted reporting solutions that enable better decision-making across the organisation.

You'll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance reporting solutions, ensuring data quality, governance and performance remain at the heart of everything you build.

• Designing and developing Power BI reporting solutions
• Working with SQL to extract, transform and model data
• Developing and maintaining scalable data models
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring governance standards are met
• Improving reporting performance and driving continuous improvement
• Supporting users and promoting data-driven decision making across the business
• Good understanding of data modelling principles
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Appreciation for data governance and documentation
• Experience supporting reporting or BI platforms within a commercial environment
