Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer (End-user focused) for a MSP partner. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from the 1st Line, handling on-premises servers, networking and cloud environments.
Hybrid roles across Bristol, London, Glasgow and Newcastle with a monthly bonus, certification support, and generous leave. Azure, AVD, Hyper-V, SCCM and TCP/IP experience preferred.
