Capgemini Invent offers you the opportunity to be part of our Cloud Advisory capability within the broader Business Technology unit. The role focuses on inspiring, leading, and supporting organisations on their journey to adopt cloud, creating new business and revenue models, generating growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing carbon footprints.

• Develop and deliver business‑focused cloud strategies that enable the adoption, acceleration, and innovation on the cloud.
• Translate client business challenges into cloud‑based solutions and design operating models for public, private, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Collaborate with all levels of the client organisation to innovate, design and implement new business and operating models.
• Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids and client pitches; support sales efforts and shape engagement commercials.
• Participate in consulting sales targets, targeting over £500,000 per annum.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders and driving positive outcomes.
• Support practice development through knowledge‑sharing activities, white papers, and internal think‑tanks.
• Commit to flexible working and travel expectations, including assignments outside the London, Manchester or Glasgow offices.

• Experience in cloud strategy and implementation for large or mid‑size organisations on public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to develop cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps, including migration to cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud transformation challenges, industry clouds, and security models (Dev Sec Ops , cloud security, operations).
• Demonstrated success in translating client business challenges into cloud‑based solutions within specific technology or business domains.
• Comfortable in a client‑facing role with prior consulting or advisory experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation, securing support and commitment from peers.
• Experience in leading advisory engagements and driving positive outcomes, including managing multiple work streams in complex delivery environments.
• Evidence of achieving sales targets and shaping deal and engagement commercials.
• Experience in team leadership, practice development, and mentoring junior colleagues.
