ERP Transformation Specialist - Manager

YOUR ROLEAs an ERP Transformation Specialist, you will lead complex, enterprise‑wide transformation programmes for our clients, helping them modernise their core business systems and realise the full value of ERP platforms. Working as part of our Employee Experience & HR team, you will shape technology‑enabled transformation strategies, guide clients through design and implementation, and ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements to operational performance, employee experience and organisational  this role you will play a key role in:

Leading ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, scope, design and delivery across HR‑related and broader enterprise functions.

Translating client needs into clear process, data, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with best‑practice ERP architecture and operating models.

Advising senior client stakeholders on transformation options, including platform strategy, deployment approaches, change impacts and value‑realisation planning.

Overseeing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring strong governance, risk management, quality assurance and integration across work streams.

Contributing to practice development, supporting bids, enhancing ERP transformation methodologies, and coaching consultants to build capability.

As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting ernal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE Extensive experience in ERP-led transformation, ideally across multiple platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), with strong understanding of process design, data, and implementation lifecycle.

Strong analytical and solution‑design skills, able to simplify complexity, diagnose issues, and develop pragmatic, business‑aligned recommendations.

Credible communicator and facilitator, experienced in engaging senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and guiding clients through complex decisions and trade‑offs.

Consulting‑minded leader with a delivery focus, capable of managing large project components, coaching teams, and driving high‑quality outcomes in fast‑paced environments.

Required certifications, licenses or languages

Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background

Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

Experience of proposition building and delivery.
