ITRS is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to monitor client environments and maintain Geneos configurations across global deployments. You will respond to client queries, upgrade environments, and support on-site teams in Mumbai to meet service SLAs.
The role requires strong English communication, 3+ years’ client-facing IT ops experience, and hands-on scripting with Unix/Windows and Oracle SQL knowledge.
