Project Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing organisation based in Glasgow that is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to join their team. What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day coordination of projects from initiation through to successful delivery
• Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Facilitating project meetings, capturing actions, and holding teams accountable for progress
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and status reports
• Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
