Role overview

We’re hiring an MI & Reporting Lead to play a key role in delivering a world‑class finance reporting platform. Sitting within the Finance Projects & MI team, you’ll support both BAU reporting and a system transformation, helping design, build, and embed scalable reporting processes across the business.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with Finance, IT, and Transformation teams to improve reporting, enable better decision‑making, and support system implementation.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the review and redesign of financial & KPI reporting
  • Develop scalable reporting to support month‑end, forecasting, and decision‑making
  • Play a key role in ERP system implementation, including testing, training, and design
  • Drive data cleansing, migration, and reporting optimisation
  • Support dual running of systems during transformation
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to improve MI processes
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in financial / management reporting
  • Strong experience with Power BI and finance systems
  • Proven ability to build complex reports and analysis
  • Exposure to ERP implementations or transformations (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
