Strategic Consultant - AI Solutions, Automation & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the new customer system setup process to ensure customers have a great experience implementing our products.
• Work alongside Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing throughout an implementation.
• Provide guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self-service configurations.
• Report regular progress to the project team regarding the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives.

• 1 to 2 years managing SaaS client implementations.
• Success working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Bonus points for:
  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Experience in the Staffing industry, focusing on recruiting solutions.
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn’s suite of products.
  • Excel in a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline - or equivalent prior work experience.
  • German language skills.
