Tech Talk X in Glasgow is seeking a Technical Support Lead to head a hands-on, externally facing support function. You will lead a five-strong team of analysts, act as the senior escalation point, and drive service excellence across incidents, problems and changes.
You will partner with Engineering and Service Delivery to enhance customer outcomes, while mentoring the team to grow capabilities and performance in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
