Merck Group in Glasgow is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join the local IT team providing 2nd and 3rd line support, handling incidents on-site and remotely across Scotland.
You will support Windows laptops/desktops, Microsoft 365 apps, and mobile devices, work with Intune and SOTI, assist onboarding, and collaborate with global teams to resolve complex IT issues while delivering a positive customer experience.
