Inex Works are looking to take on a Digital Applications Apprentice who will be part of a team playing a key part of maintaining client records and supporting the busy office function. • Oversee, respond and action company client Microsoft Outlook mailboxes
• Becoming an expert in all MS packages, such MS Word for audio typing and creating digital files, generating forms and other documents
• Collaborative system use of Microsoft Sharepoint
• Remote access work on Employee Intranet
• First response for customer calls and provide clear, positive, accurate responses via internal telephony system
• Monitor and action internal Whatsapp employee groups
• Update tracking systems via Microsoft Excel
• Compile client quotations via Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Log, monitor and action client quotations and works instructions through to completion via Excel

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
