LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking several Service Now Business Analysts to join our client’s team in Glasgow, on a six-month initial contract with 1-2 days onsite per week, Inside IR35.
Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, translating them into functional specs and user stories, and supporting Service Now implementations with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM or CSM modules.
