Your role :As an AI and Digital Trust Director, you will lead strategic client engagements that strengthen trust in AI, cyber, cloud and digital transformation. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape market-leading propositions and deliver practical, measurable outcomes across regulated and complex environments.
Key responsibilities will include:- Lead senior client engagements across AI assurance, digital trust, cyber resilience, OT security, data protection, sovereignty and responsible technology.
- Shape AI and Digital Trust strategies aligned to business priorities, regulatory expectations and risk appetite.
- Develop and scale market-facing offers across AI governance, responsible AI, OT security, cloud security, sovereignty, post-quantum cryptography readiness and regulatory readiness.
- Oversee complex transformation programmes involving AI governance, cyber risk, identity, privacy, resilience and digital trust operating models.
- Lead proposals, RFPs, client pitches, account development and consulting revenue generation.
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering inclusive, collaborative and innovative ways of working.
- Work with Microsoft, cloud providers and other partners to shape integrated AI, cloud, cyber, OT, data, privacy and sovereignty solutions.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business development - contributing to proposals, bids, proposition development, client pitches and events.
- Practice development - supporting campaigns, thought leadership, recruitment, internal communities and offering development.
- Learning and development - building skills and certifications aligned to market demand and career growth.
You will bring:
- Deep expertise in AI and Digital Trust, including experience in some of the following areas: cyber strategy, cloud security, identity, OT security, sovereignty, post-quantum cryptography readiness, privacy, threat intelligence and risk management.
- Experience leading business transformation and complex consulting delivery across regulated or security-critical environments.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, client relationship and matrix leadership skills.
- Proven experience building propositions, shaping opportunities and generating consulting revenue, with Director-level expectations of approximately £2m.
- A consulting background, either within a major consulting firm or industry role with significant consulting experience.
- Desirable certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, relevant Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Google, ISO/IEC 42001, AI risk management, responsible AI, privacy, cloud security or digital trust credentials.
