Pro Cook Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead our IT support function across the UK stores and Support Centre. You will manage a small team, own business-critical systems, and drive technology projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.
You’ll balance hands-on technical support with people leadership, cyber security, and retail technology, including POS and Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a hands-on leadership role with travel to stores.
