Glasgow | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 remote)

We're looking for an Business Systems Administrator to support and manage a portfolio of critical enterprise applications used across our global organisation.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key business systems across their full lifecycle - from implementation and optimisation to upgrades and decommissioning. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and delivering real value, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and support multiple enterprise business systems
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Monitor performance, availability, and SLAs
  • Troubleshoot incidents and drive permanent fixes
  • Deliver user training and support a super-user community
  • Maintain documentation, security reviews, and DR processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of:
    Azure, Intune, Service Now, Dynamics 365
  • Strong experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on live systems
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and in a matrix or global organisation
  • Good understanding of service management and system development life cycles
  • Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
