Agile Delivery Lead - Planning and Advice

Join us as an Agile Delivery Lead within the Planning and Advice team for Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management, where you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a strategic digital platform that enables clients to engage with qualified financial advisers, model financial goals, receive personalised financial plans, and invest through seamless digital journeys.

The role will include; leading and coordinating delivery activities across engineering teams, facilitating collaboration between business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver requirements, and ensuring effective planning, governance, and execution across complex work streams within an Agile environment.

To be successful as an Agile Delivery Lead, you should have:
Strong experience performing technical analysis within complex payments or financial services environments, translating business needs into clear business and technology requirements
Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present, influence, and consult on complex topics with senior audiences

Experience delivering change within large regulatory programmes or highly governed environments
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying challenges and driving solutions to completion
Familiarity with Scrum techniques, Agile delivery methodologies, and SAFe frameworks

Facilitates and supports Agile teams by ensuring they follow Scrum principles. To remove obstacles, enhance team collaboration, and ensure smooth communication, enabling the team to focus on delivering high-quality, iterative results. Facilitate Scrum events, promote continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders.

  Identify and facilitate the removal of conflict impacting team flow, utilizing metrics to empower the team to communicate effectively, making all work visible
