Build Hub Manager

Role Overview
Due to rapid scaling and increasing demand across our project delivery pipeline, an experienced Build Hub Manager is required on a 12-month contract to lead core technical staging, integration, and deployment operations.
In this interim role, you will take operational ownership of the Build Hub, driving resource allocation, throughput, and hardware provisioning to support critical secure infrastructure upgrades. You will directly oversee the technical execution of major hardware refresh programmes, transition work streams, and technical onboarding for new platform deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Throughput Management: Direct the day-to-day operations of the Build Hub, managing capacity and staging workflows to meet tight project delivery timelines.
- Legacy Modernisation Projects: Lead technical build and configuration activities for critical fixed-site hardware replacement initiatives.
- Remote Solution Deployments: Support the build, testing, and staging work streams for updated remote and mobile working solutions.
