Infotel is seeking an experienced ITSM/Cloud Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and Service Now environments. You will bridge cloud automation with Service Now ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, and secure API integrations.
The role covers design of multi-cloud environments, Service Now configuration, and development of custom workflows and REST APIs.
