Solutions Architect - ServiceNow

ITSM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and Service Now environments. In this role, you will bridge cloud automation with Service Now ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable cloud provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, seamless API integrations, and optimal configuration of Service Now workflows.

• Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible.
• Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking layers across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Automate continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud resource provisioning workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure meets corporate security baseline standards, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks.

• Lead the technical design, deployment, and configuration of Service Now instances (ITSM, ITOM, Cloud Provisioning & Governance).
• Configure MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB populations across cloud environments.
• Develop custom workflows, Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and business rules within Service Now.
• Oversee instance cloning, upgrade management, release management, and platform performance tuning.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.
• Service Now Expertise: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) with proven hands-on experience installing, configuring, and extending Service Now platforms.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven expertise provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Bicep).

  Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and Integration Hub.
• Scripting: Hands‑on experience with JavaScript (Service Now API), Python, Power Shell, or Bash.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
