As a graduate,you’llwork alongside tax,dataand technology specialists on a widerangeof client projects.

You’lllearn how to analyse data, solve complexproblemsand help deliver technology solutions that make ameaningfuldifference tohoworganisationsoperate.

Youcouldbe helping a client make sense ofcomplexdatasets, building tools that automate manual tasks, or supporting the implementation of technology that improveshowtax work is delivered.

You’llsee first‑hand how technology can simplify processes, improveaccuracyand create better experiences for users.

The Tax Technology team brings together consulting and implementation specialists, business analysts,AI specialists,anddata and analytics engineers. This will giveyou exposure to different perspectives andhelpyou develop a broadmixof technical,analytical and client‑facing skills.

Throughout the programme,you'lldevelop valuable technical and consulting skills through technology-focused training, structuredlearningand hands‑on project work.

You'llbe supported by a network of peers, mentors and leaders who are invested in helping you learn and grow.
