Enterprise Architect | Glasgow | Hybrid Competitive Salary  Strong Pension VIQU has partnered with a large global professional services organisation undergoing significant technology and operating-model transformation to recruit an Enterprise Architect. This is a new permanent position within an established architecture function, helping connect business strategy with technology delivery across a complex international environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect Translate business goals and drivers into actionable IT roadmaps Lead architecture assessments and planning workshops Provide architectural oversight across large and complex programmes Map dependencies across people, process, data and technology Align business capabilities and operating models with technology platforms Create and maintain architectural models and views Work across business, data, applications, security, cloud and technology architecture Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders as a trusted adviser Develop architecture standards, services and reference architectures Coach colleagues and promote architectural thinking across the organisation Key Requirements of the Enterprise Architect Previous Enterprise Architecture experience, ideally in a large or global organisation Strong Solutions Architecture experience across multiple domains TOGAF or Archi Mate qualification Broad understanding of business, data, application, technology and security architectures Experience supporting complex projects and programmes from concept through implementation Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, including executive-level engagement

Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modelling tools Orbus Infinity experience is beneficial but can be taught Legal-sector experience is not essential The Enterprise Architect will report to the Principal Enterprise Architect and will have the opportunity to influence architecture maturity while supporting strategic transformation across a global organisation. Working hours can be flexible around individual, team and international time-zone requirements.
