This specialist cryptography company of around 30 people is at an exciting stage of its growth. Having built its reputation developing modern key management and MPC technology, it's now helping banks adopt that infrastructure inside highly regulated environments.
As part of their growth plans, they are now seeking someone who can become the technical bridge between their engineering team and major banks adopting modern cryptographic infrastructure.
You'll be the person sitting across the table from CISOs, security architects and banking infrastructure teams, helping them deploy technology that has to satisfy engineering, operations, audit and regulatory requirements. That means understanding HSM-backed environments, key management, operational resilience, and what it actually takes to get secure systems into production inside a bank.
If you've led secure banking infrastructure through architecture, security review and production go-live, have genuine hands-on experience with HSMs and key management, and enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, compliance and customer engagement, this could be an exciting next step.
The role is fully remote across Europe, the UK or the USA. You must be based in one of these locations.
Base salary depends on location but will be competitive. Equity participation and visa support are available.
