What We're Looking ForMust have:
Linux systemd service management, basic Postgres administration. Comfortable with a deploy process that is not fully automated yet. Understands why a restart window matters with real trading capital live.
Strong plus:
Has set up monitoring/alerting from near-zero before. CI/CD experience, to eventually replace the manual deploy dance.
