- Hands-onWorkdayconfigurationacross
Absence&Time Tracking - Gatheringrequirementsandtranslatingtheseintoeffectivesystemsolutions
- Designing,configuringandtestingsystemchanges
- Managingenhancementsandchangerequests
- Troubleshootingcomplexconfigurationandbusinessprocessissues
- Supporting Workdayreleasesandassessingtheirimpact
- WorkingcloselywithPeopleandITstakeholders
- Supportingintegrationsanddownstreamsystemimpacts
- UsingEIBs,PECI,reporting,People Analytic sand Worksheets
- Workingwithanexternalproviderandprovidingspecialistescalationsupport
You’llneed:
- Strong,hands-on Workday experience
- Advanced/expertconfigurationexperienceacross
Absence&Time Tracking - Experiencewithinamedium/largeandcomplexorganisation
- Strongunderstandingof Peopleprocessesandhowtheytranslateinto Workday
- Experienceacrossrequirements,design,configuration,testingandimplementation
- ExperiencewithEIBsandanunderstandingofintegrations
- Strong problem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoworkconfidentlywithseniorstakeholders
