  • Data Integration Workarounds:

  • Collaborative Delivery:
Work with colleagues across P&O and the wider business to understand their needs and co-create solutions.
  • Work on the delivery of prioritised People Analytics projects from the governed workstack supported by the People Analytics Manager. Including problem definition, requirements, data modelling, reporting outputs and insight narrative ensuring projects deliver value for the business.
  • Maintain best practices:
Create clear documentation and support reporting governance to ensure transparency, continuity and quality across all outputs.
  • Data Protection & Governance:
Ensure that all handling of personal and sensitive data aligns with internal data protection policies and legal obligations (e.g. GDPR) maintaining secure process and upholding good data governance practices.
