Job Description

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to operate as a Senior AI & Cyber Defense Specialist across the Americas region. This is a customer- and partner-facing role that combines cyber defense expertise, product knowledge, knowledge transfer and hands‑on engagement across Darktrace's portfolio. The successful candidate will help customers and partners understand, adopt and apply Darktrace capabilities to real‑world security challenges, translating complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear, practical outcomes for diverse audiences across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The role requires someone who is credible with technical audiences, confident leading demonstrations, workshops and structured learning engagements, and comfortable supporting a regular schedule of virtual and in‑person customer activity. It is a hands‑on individual contributor position with scope to contribute to regional cyber defense initiatives, customer adoption, product feedback and the continuous improvement of technical enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a customer- and partner-facing AI and cyber defense specialist for the Americas region, building confidence in Darktrace's approach and capabilities.
  • Lead technical enablement engagements in English and support multilingual audiences across the Americas, including demonstrations, workshops, practical exercises, scenario‑based sessions and structured product education.
  • Contextualize Darktrace capabilities against real‑world threats, security operations workflows, incident investigation approaches and customer environments.
  • Explain how AI supports cyber defense use cases such as threat detection, investigation, prioritization and response, and address the security considerations associated with enterprise AI adoption.
  • Support customers, partners and Darktrace internals in developing the knowledge needed to use Darktrace effectively and apply it to operational security outcomes.
  • Adapt engagements to different levels of technical maturity and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Cyber Engineering, Product and other regional teams to support adoption, address knowledge gaps and share relevant customer insight.
  • Contribute to the accuracy and continuous improvement of technical enablement materials, demonstrations, practical environments and learning experiences.
  • Maintain current knowledge of cybersecurity threats, AI security developments, Darktrace products and relevant industry practices.
  • Support regional operational requirements, including engagement preparation, customer follow‑up and coordination…
