Aviva is seeking a Regional Major Loss Manager to lead the Major Loss Field Adjusters across the Glasgow region. You will ensure high standards in quality, estimating, cost control and customer service while developing your team and sharing best practices with Claims colleagues.
You will guide decisions on complex property claims (£50,000–£250,000), drive improvements, and shape future ways of working within a supportive Aviva environment.
