How you'll make an impact Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and introducers, delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions. Revenue Growth:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of insurance and Gallagher products/services, driving revenue growth within the Glasgow market. New Business Development:
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Negotiation:
Work closely with insurers to secure terms that align with client requirements, leveraging strong negotiation skills. Market Expertise:
Advise clients on current insurance market trends. High-Quality Service Delivery:
Provide consistent, high-quality service aligned with Gallaghers operational standards and practices.

Collaboration:

Partner with Account Handlers and Brokers to negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. Compliance:
Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring good governance and putting clients at the heart of the business. Workload Management:
Effectively manage your workload to ensure timely placement and service delivery, meeting client deadlines. Forecasting:
Provide realistic plans and forecasts on client performance, supporting branch and regional planning. About You Proven experience as an Account Executive / Account Director. Youre working towards or hold a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII). You have a strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance, as well as knowledge of the London Market, Lloyds, and the wider industry.

Youre detail-oriented, with excellent administrative skills and a focus on accuracy. Youre passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships. Youre proactive and driven, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Youre eligible to work in the UK and are open to travel as required.
